Coaching - Motivation and development.

Some of the best, most significant leaders in the business world are making increasing use of personal coaches, who augment their most powerful, positive managerial skills and develop those skills which are challenged.
Through the medium of interplay and the techniques employed by the coach, the person being coached acquires special motivation to attain goals that have been set and to break down any barriers that may intervene. Coaching is hands-on and is aimed at immediate action to the benefit of business- and management-related goals.
At ChangePartner, coaching will typical take the form of a planned sequence of events consisting of an interview and five coaching sessions, including a follow-up plan. The framework of the coaching is agreed, and tests can be included – depending on the subject matter and individual wishes.
Background
Christine Waldmann has a MSc from Copenhagen Business School, supplemented by post-graduate studies in psychology at the University of Copenhagen.
She has also passed an executive course at the INSEAD MBA School in Paris.
